Are you coming up to an assessed viva, an assessed elevator pitch, an assessed project presentation or are you simply keen to work on your public speaking skills? 

Our ‘Speaking with Impact in STEMM’ sessions are a series designed to enhance your skills and boost your confidence in preparation for any presentation. 

Each session has a different focus. Here are some examples, from previous terms: 

 

  1. Engaging your audience  
  2. Using your voice
  3. Building your narrative  
  4. Rehearse your presentation in our ‘Café Scientifique’  

 

These sessions are interactive and practical, giving you opportunity to practise the skills and strategies that you learn.
